I can't believe it's been a year since sharing your birthday with you for the first time. In the comparatively short space of time that I have known you (a lifetime, in Twific terms) you have taught me more than I could ever have dreamed to learn. Happy Birthday to my dear friend!  Watching you rock out to Kanye and the VeggieTales or listen to you discuss the Punic Wars are just a couple of the great things I've been privileged to experience.  You introduced me to Indian food, bought me lunch (too many times), and have been an invaluable sounding board to my crazy ideas. I've never hated anyone so much as I once hated you. 

I would go into the story, but it brings to mind images of clubbing deceased ponies.

I only went there in the first place because I'm sure you've just read through a slew of "I love you!"s and "OMG you're the best"s. And while obviously I am your fangirl of fangirls and feel the same way, it is because of this that I cannot let your ego outgrow you.

That being said, you are one of the most brilliant people I have ever had the pleasure to internetly meet. I cannot wait to have a bookshelf full of Killian originals.

I may or may not have told you this, but I got a kitten a few weeks back. Her name is Alian Lucifer. It means "High Bringer of Light". I may or may not have made her a little off psychotic by naming her Lucifer, or at least that's what Rose says, because she keeps trying to kill me. So basically, if I die, and I'll make sure Rose is aware of the protocol, let everyone know how BSL ends, because you're the only one that knows. 

On a more serious note, what are your thoughts on the paperclip v. staple debate? We're all eagerly awaiting your thoughts. 

I really feel like I'm forgetting something...

I just met Killian (in person) a couple weeks ago, but she is one of those awesome people that you instantly connect with. She's fun, hilarious, wicked-smart, and caring. She can pronounce crazy-ass words in foreign languages that will make you giggle like a school girl. And is it just me, or is Killian's humor strangely similar to Robert Pattinson's? (Girlfriend, if you've been hanging with him behind our backs, now's the time to fess up! SPILL THE DIRT, GIRL!) Anyway . . . Killian, I'm so glad we've met and I really enjoy hanging out with you. Hi there!

My name is Lisa Sanchez, and I'm a new friend of Killian's. We met for the first time in Florida of all places, at the RWA conference.

We've only met in person a few times, each of which she's been a total hoot.

I'm thoroughly impressed with her writing (fell in love with TALAY, and zipped through it in no time flat) and can't wait to see what she comes up with next. I first met Killian when I asked her if she would beta something for me. She graciously agreed and was even more amazing than I could have hoped for. But even with her help on my stories and reading her fan fiction TALAY could never have prepared me for just who Killian is. When Dawn (aka: kyla713) and I asked her to be a guest on our podcast, she came in with a vengeance. I don't think that I've ever laughed so hard in my life, and we had to record twice after technical difficulties.

No only is Killian witty and smart, she's also funny and kind and a wonderful friend. I feel so privileged to have met her and hope that we'll continue a friendship long after the hype of fan fiction dies down.
